Job Description:The Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator is accountable for ensuring a seamless, efficient and consistent pre-hire experience for all caregivers. The coordinator partners closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Advisors, other HR partners, and vendors to drive candidates through pre-boarding activities. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving recruitment-related tasks. The coordinator supports candidates by providing navigation support, timely pre-hire updates and answers to questions. This position works under the direction of Talent Acquisition leadership.We cannot accept requests for caregivers in the following states at this time: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Rhode Island, WashingtonThe Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator is responsible for ensuring all requisitions have accurate information and are prepared to move through a seamless recruiting process as they are transitioned to TA Partners and Advisors. The navigator assists candidates with escalated inquiries via phone, email, and other technology-enabled avenues. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing recruiting-related tasks, answering questions, and resolving concerns as assigned. The coordinator performs data entry functions, accurately entering and maintaining records. The Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator will resolve requests using knowledge of Human Resources policy and procedure, related laws and regulations, job roles and workflow, organization hierarchy, and supporting resources and programs. The coordinator escalates questions and issues (when required) to the TA Partner, Advisor, or TA Manager.The Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator partners with other coordinators to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develops standard work and best practices. The navigator may provide formal training on systems as processes to other coordinators and to TA Partners and Advisors as needed. The Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator will provide reports as requested and may participate on projects as assigned.Minimum Qualifications

One year of experience in a customer service role requiring use of enterprise software systems.

Demonstrated proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and calendaring.

Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.

Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written, interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated skills in diplomacy and discretion with excellent customer relations skills.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of Human Resources work experience.

Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Workday.

A working knowledge of the healthcare industry, roles, and terminology.

Experience in a role that includes coaching and training others to use enterprise software or HR systems.

Physical Requirements:

Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information.

Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, including manipulating paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.

See and read computer monitors and documents.

Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
