The Talent Acquisition Contractor will partner with several teams and markets across the United States and Canada to identify and qualify talent.Remote Opportunity- MUST reside in the United StatesFull Time- 40 hours/week: 1099 statusDuties and Responsibilities:Communicate closely with designated business partners to determine ongoing recruitment needs.Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and create innovative methods of sourcing and identifying talent.Participate in regular research of additional and new resources.Complete phone and Zoom interviews with candidates as their initial interview.Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process.Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).Maintain accurate and updated job descriptions and position postings.Provide recommendations to business partners to increase their applicant flow.Complete weekly and monthly reports and tracking.
