Now Hiring: Onsite Apartment Community Manager

Beautiful Community at 67th & Thomas

Are you a motivated, organized individual with a passion for property management? We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Manager to oversee our 96-unit apartment community located at the beautiful 67th & Thomas area. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a key role in maintaining the community’s excellence and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Location: On-site at the apartment community (not a live-in position)

Key Responsibilities:

- Show available units to prospective tenants

- Coordinate and oversee property turn-overs and repairs

- Accept and process 30-day notices from residents

- Guide tenants on maintenance issues and coordinate repairs

- Maintain grounds and ensure the community remains pristine

- Supervise vendors and service providers

- Overall management and oversight of the property to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to supervise vendors and handle maintenance coordination

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) are a major plus

Compensation:

- Base Salary: $55,000 per year

- Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings based on performance

- Expected Total Compensation: $75,000+ annually
