Our online Christian School, Ignite Christian Academy, is looking for a qualified, passionate Part-time Spanish teacher to join our team. This individual would serve as the teacher of record for home learners and be enabled to make a difference in the lives of students from the comfort and convenience of their own home, while utilizing the latest in web-based curriculum and technology.

This hourly part-time position will serve as the teacher of record and provide instructional support to students of diverse backgrounds in grades 7-12 enrolled in Spanish coursework.

This is a regular, part-time position, based out of your home office.

Imagine Learning offers competitive total compensation, including incentive opportunities for all regular employees.

Monday-Friday, Part-Time, Work from home position. Must have at least 4 hours of availability between 8-4 PM CST.

Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Potential candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field AND teaching credentials appropriate to serve 7-12th Spanish students. Preference will be given to teachers who are dually qualified in Spanish and French.
• Experience with online instruction is desired.

• Excellent communication, technology, and organizational skills

• To uphold the vision, mission, and statement of faith of ICA, using them as guiding principles for teaching practice and interaction with students.
• Must have high-speed internet and a personal computer to use that meets minimum technology requirements (not Chromebook, iPad, or tablet device not permitted)
