Technical System AnalystCategory: Software Development/ EngineeringMain location: United States, Arizona, PhoenixPosition ID: J0423-0803Employment Type: Full TimeMeet our professionalsCGI USA - Best version of mePosition Description:CGI is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to provide guidance to peers, IT leadership and other departments regarding business process design and improvement and the use of enterprise applications.If you enjoy and are experienced at collaborating with business and QA partners to review documented business requirements, create business scenarios and correlated user stories that properly reflect the needs of the customer and meet the expectations of our business partners, this role is designed for you!Your future duties and responsibilities:As a Technical System Analyst, you will work with IT application technical teams to develop appropriate technical requirements, data models, building API’s and database designs that result in the appropriate solutions for our clients.Work closely with scrum masters, PMs, QA and development teams to organize agile delivery.Engage in stakeholder discussions with product owners, business leads and program managers.Conduct JAD sessions with business/IT stakeholders to articulate mobile impacts and document artifacts.Conduct data and systems analysis on impacted modules within mobile device platform and enterprise service/source system layers.Utilize your analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, concise and easy-to-read Use Cases.Analyze web and mobile application systems, SOAP, Web services.Work with UX design teams to define the mobile / web experience for end customers.Demonstrate your time management skills to prioritize and execute tasks by the defined timeline.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:6 + Years of experience as an analyst analyzing web and mobile application systems.5+ Years of experience as Technical systems Analyst.Application design skills and building technical logic for web / API.Experience with AWS in designing data flow and Lambda.4 years of working experience in analyzing Soap and Web services.Demonstrated analytical capability and the technical savvy to grasp/convey architectural design concepts (SOA, data models, web/mobile application design, infrastructure) with technical teams.Prior experience in Agile delivery methods and working in a SCRUM environment.Experience with database query tools / Strong SQL skills. Data mapping experiences w/data movement and transformation a plus.Demonstrated ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions. Capable of driving decisions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and Mobile/Web technologies is preferred.Experience as a solution architect is a plus.Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science preferred.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
