Job Title: Warehouse Technician (3rd Shift)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will manage, monitor, and control all inventory, shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse activities. You will also perform quality checks and functionality tests, repair and troubleshoot fare collection equipment, and eventually install fare collection systems after thorough training.Responsibilities

Accurately enter appropriate information into software.

Inspect incoming materials for damage.

Compare receipts against purchase orders.

Identify and store packaging materials in accordance with procedures.

Document, tag, and ship materials in adherence to sales orders or miscellaneous shippers.

Supervise and/or perform all tests required by contract.

Schedule and/or perform preventative maintenance work.

Provide documentation and logs of all preventative work.

Repair subassemblies at a workbench.

Schedule maintenance work.

Track defective parts, shipments, and repairs.

Perform upgrades on equipment.

Prepare repair reports.

Provide extensive quality support during all phases of device testing.

Set up equipment and components.

Perform inspections of installations.

Provide support both pre-installation and post-installation.

Provide warranty and post-warranty support.

Essential Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

2-4 years of experience in a mechanical and warehousing experience.

Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Ability to stand, squat, bend, reach, kneel, twist, push, and pull.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Clean Driver’s License (MVD CHECK WILL BE RAN).

Repetitive hand use (keyboard, scanner, grasping, applying force).

Able to maintain composure when dealing with customers, authorities, executives, clients, and staff, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with warehouse, inventory, materials, assembly, repair, technician duties.

Mechanically inclined with knowledge of computer tools.

Customer service experience.

Troubleshooting and service skills.
