You will be a part of the design on the project and will assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development. This role will build and drive high performing relationships with strategic development partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.In an operational setting, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement. - 3+ years of experience managing large technology engagements
- 2 full life cycle implementations
- Experience managing teams of 2+ resources
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- ServiceNow certification in one or more areas
- Experience with XML, and SQL
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
