- Determine process for testing a components, sub-assemblies, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) or multiple systems in order to assure that it meets applicable minimum performance standards
- Interface and coordination with the factory.
- Obtain and provide information/status to technical and non-technical coworkers within the organization.
- Leading and owning test system redesign and improvement projects
- Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
- Support new test system and test application development as a subject matter expert in your area
- Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of test engineering experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of testengineering experience
- Ability to read and follow schematics.
- Proficient at report writing
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Programming experience in some or all of the following:
- National Instruments LabView development
- National Instruments Test Stand development
- Microsoft C or C# development
- Microsoft Visual Basic development
- Project management skills and experience leading projects
- RF communication
- Analog Audio test experience
- Bluetooth communication protocol
- Wifi testing to ensure high-speed Internet access
