Collect characterization, debug, and validation data on module engineering samples in support of Product, Test, and Application engineers Build test fixtures, cabling, and harnesses required for engineering evaluation and debug Manage bench test setups including equipment calibration, part ordering, setup, teardown, and debuggingCoordinate module sample logistics, including receiving, labeling, tracking, packaging, and shipping of engineering samples between Tempe, sister sites, OSATs, and customers Perform PCB rework including through-hole soldering, SMT rework, board modification, and repair to support engineering hardware readiness Debug engineering test setups, isolate hardware issues, and support engineers in identifying setup vs. device-under-test failures Support module-level electrical debug activities including bench measurements, probing, thermal imaging, and instrumentation setup Prepare and package module samples for failure analysis send-out, ensuring proper labeling, traceability, and documentation Execute customer sample testing under engineering direction, including handling, preparation, measurement, and reporting Maintain 5S standards and general workspace cleanliness across engineering benches, fixture storage, and sample handling areas Follow ESD, safety, and material handling requirements
