Urgent Hiring for Construction Company

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations across a variety of physical tasks. You will be responsible for performing manual duties to assist in the preparation and completion of job sites. Ideal candidates will have strong work ethics, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.

Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Perform basic maintenance tasks as directed.

Carry out errands and assist with logistical needs across job locations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and work areas.

Adhere to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Prior experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or warehousing is a plus.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.

Must be dependable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.

Basic understanding of safety procedures and tools.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Must have Steel-Toe Boots, Safety Vests and Hard Hat

Working Conditions:

Frequently works outdoors in all types of weather.

May involve heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods.

Potential exposure to loud environments, dust, and heavy equipment.

Full-Time 40 hours

7 am - 4 pm
