GCS provides a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing.Team Overview:The Client Access and Profile Management Team is focused on delivering innovation, accelerating agility, and empowering customers through breakthrough digital products, platforms and experiences designed to delight our customers. The team is responsible for providing access management services, as well as data and profile services to Corporate clients and internal customers. The goal is to deliver a holistic, integrated and relevant experience to our clients to create differentiated value and enable them to manage and optimization their Corporate Card programs.The VP of Client Access and Profile Management will be responsible for defining and delivering a unified & innovative set of digital experiences across channels and customer platforms. He/She will need to be able to synthesize customer needs, analytics and technology requirements to develop a strong product roadmap, execution plan and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to break down silos, think strategically, communicate candidly and clearly, and will have a proven record of excellence operating independently and within a high performing team environment.Responsibilities:  

Oversee product development of the digital product suite and address the evolving needs of commercial clients on access management and data profile needs 

Work closely with the @ Work team to transform and enhance commercial clients’ user experience by providing more intuitive, integrated, and customized digital platforms.  

Design and own a unified vision of cohesive insights experiences for our customers partnering across multiple stakeholdersand strategic projects  

Partner closely with Servicing, Sales and Account Development and their teams to understand and anticipate customer needs  

Understand the marketplace dynamics, competitive environment, and trends to inform the strategy for product development

Continue to refine and implement the product strategy for GCS’ Access Management and Profile Data including roadmaps, product development, and go-to market 

Measure engagement and impact of digital product solutions, including user adoption, value of AXP solutions, etc 

Qualifications:

Passion for creating best-in-class products and customer experiences focused around user needs

Dynamic people leader with passion for team development

Ability to build a compelling strategic vision and convert strategy into clear, actionable steps to drive business growth, profitability, and positive NPS  

Bias for action and ability to break down silos, make tough decisions and drive efficiency across competing tools to ensure a cohesive user experience 

Strong desire to challenge the status quo to drive transformational change for the organization  

Technically fluent with the ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with users and engineers about certain decisions & good balance with business acumen.

Build strong business relationships, and influence without authority to drive organization-wide and senior leader-level alignment; collaborate and demonstrate genuine teamwork within and outside the GCS organization, navigate and manage the matrix  

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.

10 years of professional experience in product development, product management or data strategy
