Build, recommend and lead Unitek Learning’s enterprise analytics organization from inception — defining the operating model, structure, and technology stack, with the most senior executives.Develop and execute the enterprise analytics roadmap to enable data-driven decision-making across all functions.Lead campus-specific analytics to drive performance optimization and strategy recommendations.Conduct competitive and marketplace analytics to monitor industry and channel evolution providing clear synthesis of findings.Integrate and report on macroeconomic data and external indicators into forecasting, planning, and long-range strategic modeling.Partner with Finance, Operations and Marketing leaders to embed analytics into everyday business decisions.Champion enterprise data governance and ensure quality, accessibility, and adoption of analytic tools and insights.Present analytical findings and strategic implications to executive leadership, enabling clear and actionable decision making.Hybrid model - 3 days per week at the Tempe corporate office is an essential function of this position.This role requires on-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.
