Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency water damage jobs

Set up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.)

Perform water extraction and demolition

Keep detailed job notes and take photos

Communicate with team leads and customers professionally

Maintain job site cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces

Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork

IICRC certification is a plus (not required – we train)

Prior restoration or construction experience preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
