Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a WordPress, Web Developer in Tempe, Arizona. This position is within the tech industry and requires someone skilled in WordPress, PHP, and web application debugging. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our web applications.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using WordPress and PHP. Troubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance. Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking. Implement backend development strategies for enhanced website functionality. Utilize the Content Management System (CMS) for website content updates. Perform AB Testing to optimize user experience and website performance. Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver projects on time. Implement Ajax for client-side scripting to enhance user experience. Develop APIs for data exchange between the server and user-facing applications. Work with ASP.NET in addition to PHP for web application development. Utilize WordPress CMS and WordPress Development for website management and development.Requirements Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management Experience in Backend Development and API Development Familiarity with Bug Tracking tools Expertise in Client Side Scripting Understanding of Content Management System (CMS) principles Experience with AB Testing for optimizing user experience Knowledge in Agile Scrum methodologies Proficiency in Ajax for creating dynamic web content Mastery of ASP.NET and PHP for web development Experience in Wordpress CMS and Wordpress Development for crafting and managing websites Ability to work with WordPress for website creation and management Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience.
