Position Type: Independent Contractor (Flexible Hours)

Are you passionate about helping young athletes learn, grow, and fall in love with the game? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Baseball &/or Softball Coach to work out of our facility.

This is a contractor position, so you’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule and manage your own lessons and training sessions. You’ll have access to our top-notch facility, complete with a pitching mound, batting cage, and turf training area—everything you need to create a positive, engaging experience for your athletes.

What You’ll Do

Work one-on-one or in small groups to build skills, confidence, and love for the game

Teach fundamentals and advanced techniques in a fun, encouraging way

Create age-appropriate drills and lessons for players at all skill levels

What We’re Looking For

Coaching experience in baseball and/or softball

Great with kids, teens, and young adults

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

How it works

We help you promote your lessons and will collaborate with you to create camps and clinics throughout the year. We will create an informational sign on the training cage, as well as on our digital display boards and display counter offering lessons. We also promote the lessons on our website and social media channels. In return, we will create an affordable hourly cost for your use of the facility and you will provide your own fee structure and schedules for your customers. We will work together to offer camps and clinics and negotiate a revenue split.

Our previous instructors have been very successful, offering lessons between 8-10 hours per week, in season, and hosting 2-3 camps per year for the customers. This is a great opportunity for somebody that already has a following/customer base and looking for a “home” to host their lessons.
