Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of an Administrative Assistant in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is focused on supporting our accounting department, with a particular emphasis on credit processing and data entry tasks. The job functions in a fast-paced workplace within the telecom industry, providing a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Processing and verifying customer credit applications in a timely fashion. Accurately maintaining and updating customer credit records. Resolving customer credit inquiries and issues effectively. Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action on delinquent payments. Utilizing Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data. Executing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure seamless operation. Assisting in other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Managing confidential information with discretion and integrity. Continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Must have previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar Proficient in Data Entry tasks with a keen attention to detail Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse range of administrative tasks Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet High level of professionalism and discretion as you will be handling confidential information Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment Must have a proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed High school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education is a plus.
