JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Skills in leading recreation groups. Good customer relation skills.
Physical
Essential Functions: Leading education group, supervise recreation activities, assist with assessments and documentation. Normal hospital environment. Exposure to biological hazards. Frequent exposure to unpleasant odors. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Distinguish smells. Distinguish temperatures by touch and proximity. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching

JOB SUMMARY
Activity Therapy Technician will assist Activity Therapists’ with assessing patient’s activity therapy needs and with planning and leading groups to meet those needs.
