Email a Friend Save SaveApply NowPosition Description:Job Purpose and Scope:Responsible for placing, tracking, and delivering appraisal orders through the Collateral Management System (CMS) and Real Estate Information Management System (RIMS).Essential Job Functions:

Manages and prioritizes an appraisal order pipeline.

Verifies appraisal order information in CMS or RIMS and engages appraisers for assignment.

Facilitates communication between the vendor and loan production staff throughout the appraisal engagement period.

Serves as the primary point of contact in charge of answering questions on active requests.

Communicates with appraisers for status updates to ensure appraisal reports are delivered on time.

Escalates file issues as needed.

Completes weekly vendor invoicing and assists with the administration of the approved appraiser panel.

Ensures satisfactory ongoing monitoring and coordination of appraisal vendor status.

Collects and archives vendor compliance documentation.

Completes special projects as assigned by the Process Manager.

Tracks, communicates, and escalates process risks and issues.

Generates CMS and RIMS reports.

Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.

Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.

Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge of real estate software platforms such as RIMS and CMS.
