Description We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will undertake various tasks to support our business's financial operations, including preparing financial reports, executing month-end and year-end processes, and managing tax and treasury operations. Additionally, you will ensure that our company's financial policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Oversee the details of financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and cash management operations. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data. Collaborate with the Controller in the preparation and coordination of the audit process. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal financial requirements by studying existing and new regulations. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Support the Controller with special projects as needed. Address issues and questions regarding accounting from company management.Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary Familiarity with Concur software would be advantageous Knowledge of Crystal Reports is essential Understanding of DCAA regulations and guidelines is required Must have experience in various accounting functions Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary Experience in auditing practices is required Must have knowledge and experience in billing functions Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
