ABOUT THIS JOBAs a leader in our Customer Success team you are accountable for driving the overall customer experience and elevating NIQ’s impact with major manufacturer suppliers to Walmart.Responsibilities:Developing strategic direction and service strategyBuilding deep expertise and empathy with your customerDrive strategic thought leadership within and across clients leveraging NIQ tools and assetsIdentifying opportunities for increased partnership and elevating those opportunities to organizational partnersFacilitating clear day-to-day and strategic communications with the customer rosterProject managing internal cross-functional client issue resolution and the associated responseProve the value of NIQ solutions in support of growth, adoption and value creationPeople leadership: Onboarding, training and developing team members to elevate delivery against the above accountabilitiesA LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUDo you have the necessary skill set to be successful in this role?Are you an excellent people leader with the ability to support, mentor and inspire customer impact?
