Concrete Polishing/Epoxy Laborer – $17–$22/hr – Travel + Train (NWA)

Established in 1987, we’re a Northwest Arkansas concrete polishing & epoxy company looking to add 2 Laborers to our family team.

No experience needed — we’ll train you!

Travel the country, learn a trade, and get paid.

What you’ll do

Run concrete polishing/edging machines

Clean, grind, and prep floors

Load/unload & organize equipment

What we need

Live in Northwest Arkansas (within 1 hour drive)

Reliable & on time

Can work with little supervision

Detail-oriented, great attitude/work ethic

Able to work out of town (1–3 weeks at a time)

Pay

$17–$22/hr to start, depending on experience
