We are seeking Full Time and Part-Time Truck Driver/Compaction Equipment Operator to support our growing team. This is a daytime postion. This role involves operating our specialized trucks and state-of-the-art compaction equipment to serve clients when full-time drivers are unavailable. If you're flexible, safety-conscious, and enjoy hands-on work, this opportunity is for you. Training will be provided during a probationary period at the company’s expense.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26,000-pound truck equipped with hydraulic compaction equipment.

Service customers within the exclusive NWA metro area.

Skillfully operate compaction machinery at client sites to reduce waste volume.

Accurately track and document work activities using a handheld device.

Report any issues or incidents promptly to dispatch.

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment.

Support the Sales Team as needed.

Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of trucks and machinery.

Foster positive, professional interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

Previous truck driving experience or similar roles.

Ability to manage physical workloads.

Strong work ethic and attention to safety.

Friendly and customer-focused personality.

Must pass a background check and DOT drug screening.

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
