Coordinates and communicates with HR regarding status of onboarding employees related to employee health requirements. Performs basic clinical tasks such as providing vaccines, PPDs and assessing vital signs based on protocols within scope of training. Maintains and assists lead EH nurses in recordkeeping for surveillances such as new hires, vaccination, TB testing, fit testing, etc. Performs various clerical support duties including use of tracking mechanisms such as spreadsheets, google documents, etc. Enters Employee's medical data into Employee Health medical data system (OHM) or other related databases. Accurately files records into Employee files. Assists with various projects under the direction of the Director, Manager or Employee Health Nurse.Serves as receptionist to greet and direct patients, visitors, and vendors. Answers, screens, and directs calls and messages appropriately. Demonstrates professional communications and abides by confidentiality guidelines with patients, families referral sources, and other staff and community agencies in person and on the telephone.

Assists with various projects under the direction ofthe Employee Health Director, Manager or the Employee Health Lead Nurses.

Maintains departmental files/records and processes reports in OHM, requisitions for services and demonstrates effective, proficient computer skills by usingcomputersto document, file and retrieve data, write reports, type and produce all documents required.

Assist with recording annual TB tests, vaccinations, and other relevant records for employees, volunteers, and medical staff. Assists with annual Respiratory fit testing

Monitors orders and organizes suppliesfor the workarea to meet needs of unit/office staff while containing costs.

Assists as timekeeper for Area market locations.

QualificationsRequirements:High school

Secretarial/Office Management Experience. Direct patient care and medical office. Proficient in Microsoft office suite and must be able to type.

Preferred:Associate Degree preferred
