Position Purpose:This position works independently with engineering and maintenance teams to create an organized and easily accessible digital library of instrumentation information for the New Incineration Project. This system will streamline access to the instrument data, improve efficiency in finding specific information, and provide a structured approach to instrumentation documentation management. Reviewing this system against the plant design documentation will be required as well.Primary Duties /Responsibilities: Organize manufacturer data sheets and link to existing summary spreadsheet:Gather data sheets for various instrumentation and devices from Google DriveSort data sheets into folders, each named for a unique instrumentAdd hyperlinks in the existing summary spreadsheet to connect to the organized data sheetsUnderstanding of pressure and flow engineering units is beneficial for this taskProvide weekly or biweekly updates to track progress and to coordinate workProvide additional support for document updates / management as directed.Review HMI, P&IDs and control narratives for consistency and identify gaps.Review Network IP Address scheme and documentation. Ensure no duplication or clerical errors.Work Supports New Incineration Operational Readiness progress reports.Work Environment:Environments vary from office to field to plant.
