Guest Service Valet

OverviewAs our Guest Services Valet at CHI St Vincent, you will provide the highest degree of personal attention and service to patients and visitors by providing initial positive, personal contact, valet parking service and wheelchairs to those requiring such.Every day you will provide valet services to Infusion Center Patients and Visitors as your primary customers. You will ensure patients are safely delivered from their vehicle to the main entrance of the hospital.To be successful in this role, you’ll need the ability to consistently display a positive and cooperative attitude toward all Valet patrons. You will exercise care and caution while driving vehicle (golf cart) around campus to ensure patients are delivered safely from their vehicle.About Us:CHI St Vincent Infirmary is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Knowledgeable of valet parking and hospital areas when assisting valet patrons.

Ensure vehicle (Golf Cart) is driven in a safe manner and speed

Exercise care and caution when entering canopy

Assist drivers and passengers entering or exiting the vehicles

Responding to requests for assistance.

Answers calls for assistance either from the parking area or infusion center

Ability to pace himself/herself according to workload and conditions.

Consistently displays a positive and cooperative attitude in performance of duties.

Qualifications

High School Education, GED or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age

Current State of Arkansas driver’s license with no moving violations in the past three years.

Must have an excellent driving record and meets the requirements for insurability with an insurance company designated by St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center.
