ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance to leaders on all aspects of Human Resource programs and policies

Facilitate both leadership and staff-level training and developmental opportunities

Serve as a resource for risk mitigation pertaining to Human Resources laws and regulations

Serve as the main source of information for employees

Proactively plan and align core HR responsibilities offering the most value to both our business and people

Advise employees, managers, and executive leaders on personnel matters

Comfortable utilizing Human Resource Information Systems and administrative tools such as MS Office

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Four (4) plus years of HR experience

HR Business Partner knowledge of performance management, education, benefits and compensation

Employee relations

Developmental coaching of frontline staff and middle management
