Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Generalist in Little Rock, Arkansas. The individual will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department and the attainment of its goals. The HR Generalist will primarily be involved in processing payroll, maintaining compliance regulations, and ensuring the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage payroll procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing. Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems to maintain and update employee records. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Utilize Paycom software for efficient HR management and operations. Administer Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks as required. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Work closely with multiple departments within the company to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to HR procedures and policies. Requirements Proficiency in Paycom software Demonstrated experience with HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems Solid background in Human Resources (HR) Administration Familiarity with Department SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) Strong understanding and application of Compliance in HR practices Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
