Twisted Fork is looking for a Kitchen Manager/Chef

Kitchen Manager duties are & not limited to:

Over see day to day functions

Ordering

Manage food storage

Monitoring kitchen staff

Hiring/Firing Staff

Training new cooks

Quality Control

Creating Weekend Food Specials

Maintaining guest satisfaction

Experience in food industry is necessary.

This is a salary paid position.

One week paid vacation and one week sick leave.
