Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are looking for a diligent and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will be setting up and operating CNC lathe or mill machines, and running programs to perform milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring of materials. You will also be responsible for gathering materials/components, loading/unloading equipment, positioning the work area and setting parameters. Utilizing gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure the product is within tolerance will also be a crucial part of your role.Hard Skills

Experience with CNC lathe or mill machines

Knowledge of milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring of materials

Ability to use gauges, calipers, and micrometers

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Benton, Arkansas.Pay Rate is $18.25-$19.25//Pay raise every 3 months for 15 months, top out at $23.83Work EnvironmentWe offer two shifts: 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, and 2nd Shift from Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm.
