Needing someone for general labor position

Needing someone for general labor position for full time work in Rogers / Bentonville (NWA) areas. Must be hard working, honest and dependable. If you are the right fit, I will raise the pay for you. Felons are welcome to apply. Work hours are variable. Some days it would be a 12 hour day and others it could be less but working mainly in the evenings / nights. Sunday and Monday are usually the longer days (starting around 1PM and ending around 9PM or so).
