Ideal candidates would be interested in processes, enjoy being part of a team, troubleshooting/problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment.Candidate Expectations:Participate in 90 day probationary period to learn what is required in the role and safety operations/procedures

Potential development opportunities through cross-training between machines and departments

Engage in safety leadership by doing things the right way

Being punctual and ready to work for scheduled shifts

This is a Safety Sensitive position

Perks:Pay rate of greater than $16.00/hour after 90 day probationary period, progressing to over $18.00 – $20.00/hour in various operator and assistant operator roles
