FIS is a Fortune 500 company and is a member of Standard & Poor’s 500® Index.About The Team:The CISO Network Security team is responsible for all level of support for IPS/Prisma Security policies and infrastructure.  We provide the Engineering functions for the network environment globally to ensure availability and growth occur in a timely manner to assist our clients in achieving their first to market goals.  CISO Security is responsible for providing policy support. stability, security, and efficiency to the overall Security posture globally when dealing with project and incident management.The Role: We are seeking a network security specialist to work with various network security tools that detect, prevent, and respond to security attacks. These systems include Intrusion Prevention/Detection systems, secure access service edge, URL filtering controls, CASB and proxies. The ideal candidate has the passion and experience necessary to analyze and monitor intrusions and malware across the FIS environment. Key Responsibilities:  As a member of the Security Tools & Tuning team, this team member will be accountable for all aspects of administration of IDS/IPS, SASE, URL Filtering, CASB related activities.Key Requirements:  3-5 years of experience within a Security Operations Centre (SOC) or Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment for a large, worldwide company.Experience in installing, configuring upgrading, and troubleshooting IDS/IPS to include Palo Alto, IBM, Snort, Cisco/Sourcefire or other network/firewall infrastructure.Strong Analytical and presentation skills analysis in-depth impact and remediation of intrusion in the environment.Understanding of common cyber-attack techniques and methods, to include, but not limited to, Social Engineering, SPAM and Phishing, malicious software, website defacement, and other attack techniques.Recognize trends and similar attack techniques to discover larger security events and incidents.Understanding of ITIL concepts to include Incident and change management best practises.Assist with writing and update team procedures and documentations.Working with and supporting vertical and functional team across FIS.The ability to demonstrate experience migrating between firewall platforms.Knowledge of networks technologies (protocols, design concepts, access control)Experience with Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco AnyConnect VPNKnowledge of security technologies (encryption, data protection, design, privilege access, certificate lifecycle management etc.) Knowledge of network design and engineering preferred  Proficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot outages leveraging multiple tools at one’s disposal.Proficiency in planning, reporting, establishing goals and objectives, standards, priorities and schedules Expert-level decision-making and problem solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and/or clients.Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
