- Develop and promote technical solutions which support the business requirements within the area of expertise.

- Conduct peer reviews and demand high-quality standards for the reviewed deliverables.
- Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates for Developer roles.
- 10+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft.
- Experience to support, maintain and enhance a PeopleSoft HCM, payroll, financials, and SCM PeopleSoft system.
- Sound experience in DB2 - especially writing complex queries and implementing performance tuning
- Proficiency in People Code, People Tools, Application design, SQL, SQR, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Willingness to own high-quality design, implementation, and quality of People Tools products and technology.
- Capable of designing, problem-solving, solution provider, and coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Working experience with data platforms (relational and/or NoSQL).
- Must be proficient in software tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Putty, UML, Remedy, Sonar, HP Diagnostics, JIRA (Agile tooling), Confluence (Team Collaboration), GitHub, and DBeaver
- Experience in various infrastructures (on-premises, cloud (AZURE))
- Good to have Mainframe (COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL) experience
- Experience in tools like CA7, Control-M, Librarian, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, Facilitation, and documentation skills.
