Description The Production Manager will oversee all production activities at our facility, ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes and the achievement of key performance indicators. This role requires close collaboration with various support departments, including safety, engineering, supply chain & materials, administrative, and quality, to ensure organizational objectives are met. The Production Manager will report to the Director of Operations and supervise all production supervisors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and provide necessary tools and resources for job performance.

Review, modify/build, implement, and audit quality processes to meet organizational quality goals and standards.

Develop processes and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as Lean manufacturing principles.

Educate and coach employees on production frameworks and best practices.

Assist in the development, implementation, and leadership of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001 programs.

Develop, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO 9001/14001 standards.

Manage employee timecards weekly and address pay corrections as needed.

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required (Technical degree preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to manage employees professionally and effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other Flint Group facilities globally.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Team player with problem-solving abilities.

Experience in identifying potential problems and offering alternative solutions.

Ability to meet deadlines within budget constraints.

Continuous improvement mindset.

Experience with SAP Business Processing System preferred.
