Provides specialized area or technical expertise across all teams. Mentors junior members of project teams on development and support processes.
  • Overall industry experience of 10+ years of experience in technology
  • Should have experience in leading large team. Must have hands on experience in Agile / SCRUM based delivery model
  • Good communication and should be able to build executive reports using MS-PowerPoint.
  • Should have hands experience in managing cost, optimize resource allocation.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Develop program assessment methods to evaluate and improve the metrics
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
