OverviewAs our Clinical Educator at St. Vincent School of Radiology, you will help radiology students and clinical staff achieve excellence in their education and patient care skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for clinical rotations and certification.Every day, you will coordinate clinical education programs and supervise students in practical settings. You will be expected to maintain clinical records, develop curricula, and assess students’ clinical and didactic progress.To be successful in this role, you must be skilled in supervision, curriculum development, and proficient in the use of imaging technology, with a demonstrated ability to foster an encouraging learning environment.About Us:CHI St Vincent Infirmary is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Serve as a liaison between the college, clinical sites, and site instructors.
Maintain all clinical documentation and evaluate student performance.
Conduct and coordinate student clinical rotations, ensuring effective hands-on training.
Develop and administer exams aligned with didactic courses and clinical objectives.
Promote and maintain an educational environment compliant with program policies, HIPAA, and FERPA.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (required by JRCERT accreditation)
Minimum of 2 years in radiologic technology and 1 year of teaching in a JRCERT accredited program
Active ARRT registration and Arkansas state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
