You'll work closely with store leadership, associates, suppliers, and other key partners while leading teams and resolving challenges in the field.What You'll DoLead the execution of store and club remodels, new construction, and special projects.Own project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day execution for assigned locations.Communicate project plans, changes, progress, and potential obstacles to key stakeholders.Partner with store leadership to minimize the impact of projects on store operations.Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.Resolve concerns involving store leadership, suppliers, associates, and other project partners.Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for improvement.Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.Support Walmart's policies, procedures, standards, and commitment to quality and integrity.
