We are looking for reliable 1099 independent contractors for vacant property maintenance.

Services Needed:

Lock changes and rekeying

Recurring grass cuts, lawn care, and maintenance

Trash-outs and debris removal

Minor repairs

Tree trimming and removal

Winterization

Requirements:

Must have truck, trailer, tools, and expenses for all jobs.

1099 position (independent contractor)

Bi-weekly pay schedule

Ability to use a phone and app to upload photos into the system
