Description:Job Description Wachter, a nationwide Data, electrical, contractor, seeks a Project Coordinator who is looking to join our invested team. I don’t really want someone who has a ton of recruiting experience. I want to be able to train them and not have a know it all on my hands Support Project Managers with daily operational tasks for multiple projects. Provide administrative and logistical project support. Create and maintain project files. Willingness to learn, grow and seek advancement. Maintain Wachter’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance. Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign. Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA. Minimum HS Diploma. Proficient with use of a personal computer, including email, and spreadsheets programs. Excellent written skills to be able to produce scope of work and how to specifications. Excellent verbal skills for communicating with customers and employees. Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to multi-task efficiently. Strong industry experience preferred, but not required. They’d train in the office with me for the first couple of weeks. Probably have some days training with the other recruiters in the office and then move to work from home. They will start out recruiting for our NSP department and as we get those openings knocked out possibly shift to recruiting for other departments as well. Monday thru Friday, 8-5 for the most part. Every now and then they might work after hours. Nothing crazy though. I need someone who is detailed oriented, can work independently and can follow a process. This would end up being a permanent position after their probationary period with you all. Full benefits and bonuses quarterly. I would like to see us interview at least four candidates if possible. They will interview with Amey (Lissa or myself with probably sit in with her).
