- Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities- Manage retailer systems, item setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates- Submit items in QMS- Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance- Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking- Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation- Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners- Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting
