OpportunityThe Sales Operations Analyst will work with the Director, Sales Operations & Analysis to support functions essential to sales force productivity. This includes planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, and recruiting and participation in selection of sales force talent.  The Sales Operations Analyst also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled and supported within the sales organization.     Key Areas of ResponsibilityCompiles and summarizes weekly reports from multiple sales teams and shares with Sales and Executive Leadership to effectively manage the Sales teamsMonitors sales data integrity across multiple platforms assuring that the reports being produced provide the proper insights to Sales leadershipWorks with the Sales teams to consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecastCreates and runs Ad Hoc data request and reportsDevelops and updates training documentation for the Sales teamsEnsures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes- Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
