Satellite Warehouse Operator Needed

Our client, CenDek Railings Ltd., is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Satellite Warehouse Operator to manage daily operations at our Arkansas warehouse, reporting to the Head Office in Canada.

This is a solo, hands-on role responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures smooth warehouse workflows, maintains a safe and organized environment, and communicates regularly with our head office in Canada. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

CenDek Railings Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of premium, low-maintenance aluminum and glass railing systems for residential and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments

Prepare and dispatch outbound orders accurately and on time

Maintain an organized warehouse layout and optimize storage space

Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Follow all safety standards, procedures, and company policies

Use Excel and Acumatica ERP to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP for inventory and order management (training available)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Physical ability to lift and move goods as required

Self-starter who works well independently

Reliable, organized, and safety-minded

Strong communication skills for coordination with the head office

Successful completion of a background check
