Our senior attorney position provides advice and counsel on a variety of matters, including close consultation with the HR team on labor and employment issues.Areas of responsibility include:Employment related legal questions, associate relations matters (including investigations and dispute resolution), Fair Labor Standards Act classifications, third-party services contracts and various aspects of compliance with federal, state or local employment laws.You will be responsible for: Advising management and HR on pre-employment and post-employment legal matters Advising management and HR on legal aspects of associate relations matters Leading the investigation and resolution of associate relations complaints Drafting and negotiating various third-party service contracts Advising on some aspects of client contract negotiation Advising on various employment-related compliance matters, including responses to regulators Dispute resolution, litigation management, and document productionDo you have?
