Position SummaryWhat you'll doJoin Walmart as a Senior Manager, Merchandising Business Strategy and your work could help over 295 million global customers live better every week.We are a data driven, results-oriented Merchandising Strategy team focused on partnering with senior leaders, Walmart U.S.'s Merchandising executive leadership team, and the broader Walmart organization to influence decisions and drive outcomes to deliver customer and shareholder value.The Merchandising Strategy Office supports the Walmart U.S. Merchandising organization by enabling Merchandising to make strategic, financially smart decisions that achieve our ambitions and deliver for the customer and enterprise. The team is responsible for creating strategic clarity, implementing strategic initiatives, resetting the Merchandising operating model, and building and deploying strategic capabilities.You'll make an impact by:
Partner with business and finance partners to set and track Merchandising goals and report progress on key strategic focus areas.
Own and manage decision-making, inform, and execution touchpoints for the Merchandising organization.
Shape materials and support leadership preparedness for high profile meetings.
Work collaboratively with business partners to create transparency and clarity on how to execute the strategy and break down barriers to accelerate pace.
Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
