Sr. Associate Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Pay Range $105,000 to $130,000 per yearThe Sr. Associate Marketing Manager is charged with leading the development and execution of business plans for the retail fresh chicken business. This position is key to delivering the annual financial and long term strategic plans of the company.  Will be responsible for initiating and executing business building projects involving private label and branded product launches, promotions, trade, research, new product development and packaging design.  This individual will collaborate across the organization to execute initiatives and deliver objectives.Participate in the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics for the assigned product linesContribute to annual brand plan objectives and strategiesProject leader for cross functional commercialization of new branded and private label products, or changes to existing ones. Manages packaging artwork with creative team and sourcingInnovation support to bring new products to marketDevelop and participate in consumer research projects and analysis of resultsCollaborate directly with retailers and field sales for key customer initiativesAnalyze financial reports, syndicated data, competitive activity, consumer research, etc. and provide insights to Brand Manager and cross functional team membersSupport consumer communications planning and creationCoordinate with Product Management, Plant Personnel, Sourcing, Transportation and the Distribution Center to ensure high performance levels
