MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in CAMDEN ARKANSAS is seeking an experienced Staff Test Engineer to be the onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME) for All Up Round (AUR) PAC3 missile test systems. The candidate will support hardware/software integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting for the missile test systems in support of PAC3 missile production and sustainment. Candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced production environment supporting DoD test equipment.Candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work under limited supervision. Candidate will be the only member of their team working at the Camden facility. Candidate must have experience leading test equipment validations with the customer, as well as troubleshooting complex test systems. This role will support the writing of test description documents, operating instruction, and installation procedures. This role will support Peer Reviews, Design Assurance Reviews, Verification Readiness Reviews, and Validation Readiness Reviews. In addition, applicant will be expected to support Material Review Boards, Failure Review Boards, Configuration Screening Boards, Change Control Boards, and daily production meetings.Candidate will occasionally be required to travel to Lockheed Martin engineering facilities, production facilities, supplier’s facilities, and customer facilities.Basic Qualifications:- Experience supporting DoD test equipment in a Production Environment- Experience with test equipment Integration, Verification, and Validation- Experience troubleshooting complex test systemsDesired Skills:- Experience with PAC3 Test Systems- Knowledge of MFC Test Systems Procedures- Experience working with US Army SHIELD program office on test set validationsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
