MFC develops, manufactures, and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket, manned and unmanned systems for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, NASA and dozens of foreign allies.Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in CAMDEN ARKANSAS is seeking an experienced Staff Test Engineer to be the onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME) for All Up Round (AUR) PAC3 missile test systems. The candidate will support hardware/software integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting for the missile test systems in support of PAC3 missile production and sustainment. Candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced production environment supporting DoD test equipment.Candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work under limited supervision. Candidate will be the only member of their team working at the Camden facility. Candidate must have experience leading test equipment validations with the customer, as well as troubleshooting complex test systems. This role will support the writing of test description documents, operating instruction, and installation procedures. This role will support Peer Reviews, Design Assurance Reviews, Verification Readiness Reviews, and Validation Readiness Reviews.
