Description Robert Half is partnering with a leading organization in the Manufacturing/Distribution industry to recruit a Project Manager for their Rogers, Arkansas office. We are seeking a candidate who embodies organization, curiosity, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction, thriving in a fast-paced setting.Role Overview:As the Project Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance customer experience while driving operational excellence and process improvement within the manufacturing/distribution and transportation realm. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee packaging and display projects, as well as manage 3PL accounts, including D2C logistics.Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate clear communication channels between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project alignment and execution excellence.
Lead the creative development process, overseeing timelines, milestones, and project phases from inception to delivery.
Collaborate with Sales, Customers, Vendors, and the Director of Design to establish project calendars and secure necessary resources.
Manage external resources and vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Review vendor proofs throughout the creative and production processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Establish and manage project workflows, including the creation of detailed production work orders.
Provide process improvements and standardized tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Prepare status reports and track project costs across multiple budgets.

3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in manufacturing/distribution.
Familiarity with Bills of Material, production planning, and work order creation.
Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise preferred.
