Position SummaryWhat you'll doJob SummaryAs an Analyst III, you'll join an Agile Team to delve into our Corporate Real Estate space. You'll organize, plan, orchestrate and monitor technical efforts for a software development team. Your role will involve leading more than one scrum team through execution, and ensuring business requirements are met. This specific role is on ADE's Campus Technology team whose vision is to power the world's most user-friendly campus experience.Team Description:The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) mission is to deliver business value through consumer-grade products and services; building trust through transparency, reducing our operational costs; and reinvesting into experienced-based outcomes which enable radical flexibility for the evolving digital workforce. It builds, owns, and operates a number of internal and external tools that help our associates (what Walmart calls its employees) work better and collaborate more.What you'll do:

Define the program objectives and requirements, break-down a high-level roadmap, prepare and execute the realization plan, validate the programs priority and alignment to strategic objectives.

Estimate the resources for achieving the defined milestones ; anticipate the risks and challenges in the program; and organize team to deliver.

Analyze resource s , schedule, and quality variances to the program plan and making decisions to correct deficiencies or promote continued above par performance.

Listen, comprehend and convey information through various forms of communication to inform and influence stakeholders. Tailor messages to a wide variety of audiences, articulate a vision, and tell a story that inspires and motivates using facts, insights and supporting data.

Design and develop training programs and documents based on a training needs analysis.

Leverage a wide range of training approaches and tools to implement and conduct training programs effectively.

Design instructional content meeting the learning needs of a target population by utilizing instructional design concepts and processes.

Understands and applies ones understanding of the technology stakeholder needs, tech. organizational context, functions, processes, and work deliverables to provide advice, research problems, and operate cross functionally.
