Lead and Develop Your Team: Set performance goals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations for your team of logistics professionals.

Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and regularly with your team and other departments within Walmart, to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of any issues.

Problem-Solving: Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to improve transportation and logistics operations.

Adaptability: Adjust to changing business needs and priorities, pivoting from one project to another or adjusting plans to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.

Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously seek ways to enhance operations. Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and implement new processes to ensure our operations are running smoothly and effectively. Regularly measure and evaluate the impact of these changes to ensure they deliver the desired improvements.

Risk Management: Be aware of potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, including identifying potential bottlenecks or disruptions, developing contingency plans, and implementing risk management strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Walmart's policies, guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations.
