We are looking for technologically savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated achievers who can provide outstanding service to our clients.MUST BE A US CITIZEN NOT A REMOTE POSITION - Relocation bonus for the right candidate.Job Duties:Provide tier 1 and 2 support to a global information system.Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems.Sets up administrator and service accounts.Maintains system documentation.Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.Makes recommendations to purchase hardware/software, coordinates installation, and provides backup recovery.Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.Develops and implement testing strategies and document results.Provides advice and training to end-users.Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Additional Duties:Configure, manage, and maintain servers within a VMWare virtualized environment.Maintain/apply STIGs and patches/firmware updates.Maintains Email and database server.Software baseline upgrade support.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
